This project transformed an unfinished basement into a fully finished living and entertainment space tailored to our clients’ needs. The scope of work included adding a full bathroom and constructing a dividing wall to separate the finished living area from the workout and mechanical space.

The renovation involved framing the exterior walls and bathroom, installing insulation, drywall, LVP flooring, updated lighting, and paint throughout. The newly built bathroom features a fully tiled shower and bathroom floor, a custom glass fixed shower panel, a bidet toilet, a custom-built linen closet, a new vanity, and a lighted vanity mirror.

Through thoughtful planning and attention to detail, we created a comfortable, functional space designed for relaxation and entertaining. The result is a finished basement that significantly enhances the home’s usable living area and delivers the inviting hangout space our clients envisioned.
