In the City of Wilmington, we had the opportunity to complete both a home addition and a full kitchen remodel for our clients. The 154-square-foot addition created a new sitting area, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer closet, adding valuable main-level functionality to the home.

Along with the addition, the existing kitchen was fully remodeled and now features custom cabinetry, new countertops, refinished hardwood flooring, and updated lighting. A key objective for this project was to expand the home’s living space while maximizing storage throughout.

This focus is showcased through thoughtful design details, including full-height cabinetry and additional toe-kick storage in the kitchen. These solutions allowed us to significantly increase usable storage without compromising the open feel of the space.

The result is a cohesive addition and remodel that enhances both function and livability while meeting the homeowners’ long-term needs.
